Brand Recall & Lead Capture for your booth

Real data on who stopped at your booth, not a box of business cards.

Buzzer trivia and mini-games for brand activations at trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. They draw people to your booth, capture leads, and close with a report that measures the result.

  • 100% offline
  • Physical buzzers, zero apps

The problem

Your booth draws people. It rarely leaves you anything you can measure.

"Hundreds of people walked past the booth and I ended up with a box of business cards, with no idea who actually cares about my product."

"They promised me the game would run on the convention center Wi-Fi, and at 10 am the signal dropped. I was the one left facing the crowd."

"My boss asks how many qualified leads the event brought in, and the number I give I made up in Excel."

Business intelligence

The report no trivia kiosk gives you

No vanity metrics. From the answers and response times, we score how much each lead knows about your brand, and every finding comes with its confidence level —Conclusive, Indicative, or Fact— so you know how solid it is before you act on it.

02 — Accuracy by category

Interactive dashboards to explore, by category, the findings that go against intuition.

03 — Kit usage

Real kit usage per day — the pace behind the question of how many days your event needs, not a guess.

04 — The show teaches

People who play again learn: the report compares their answers across games and shows you whether your message is sticking with your audience.

The show

People playing at your booth. Qualified contacts in your report.

Stops the people walking past

A physical buzzer competes differently than a phone screen: people stop and play face to face with whoever is next to them, with your brand's content.

No dependence on venue Wi-Fi

The game runs locally on our own equipment: it doesn't need the venue's Wi-Fi or internet. Our operator shows up, plugs in, and the show starts in minutes.

Leave with contacts, not just photos

QR registration captures each participant's contact details, with explicit permission, ready for your closing report.

Antarion buzzer controller: red dome with the brand star and four colored buttons
The controller

A physical controller in every hand.

No apps, no phones: the controller is in their hand, and their attention is on your brand.

Buzzer Duel

First to press gets to answer.

The first to hit the red dome wins the right to answer, and everyone else is locked out. Miss, and the turn bounces to the next player.

Four colors

Every answer, a colored button.

Blue, orange, green, and yellow: the same four colors on the controller and on the show screen. Every answer is recorded for the report.

Try it here

One question, four colors, one buzzer.

This is how it feels on the other side of the controller. And every answer you give becomes a row in the report: right or wrong, and how fast.

    Bonus · mini-games

    Each mini-game measures something different

They're not filler: each one tests a different skill with your products as game material, and what we observe goes into your report.

    The Magic Wall

    the wall of light-up buttons

Up to 10 wireless, light-up arcade buttons: pure reflexes, false starts, "did the message land?". Today it's a hardware prototype validated in the lab — not yet a product you can rent.

    Marketing hypothesis testing

We measure how sure your audience is of what they think they know.

In wager rounds, each player risks real points before seeing the answer. The size of the bet is revealed confidence, not stated confidence — and crossed against actual accuracy, it uncovers the costliest misconceptions: people who bet high and miss, convinced they know something about your brand that they don't.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

What brands and agencies ask us most before their first activation.

    Don't see your question?

Write to us or send us a WhatsApp.

    About Antarion

    Who is Antarion for?

    For four kinds of clients:

    • Brands exhibiting at trade shows, conferences, and fairs.
    • Companies looking for an activity for training sessions, team building, or large-scale events.
    • Agencies that run brand activations.
    • Organizers who want to offer an activity to their exhibitors.
How do I draw more people to my booth?

With an activity people can see and hear from the aisle: trivia with physical buzzers, a host who keeps the show going, and prizes on the line. People stop to watch, stay to play, and when they register, they leave you their contact details with permission.

Can we use our own brand questions?

Yes. We build the question bank around your brand, your product, and your tone.

    On event day

Which cities do you operate in?

Today in Cancún, the Riviera Maya, Mérida, and Mexico City. If your event is in another city, write to us.

How many game formats do you have?

Two: group trivia with a host, and kiosk mode, one person at a time with no host. Both can be played as a single game or as a tournament that adds up scores across the whole day. On top of that, there are the bonus mini-games, which test different skills of the participants.

What do I need at my booth?

The brain of the game runs on a compact unit, so it adapts to different spaces and surfaces. You'll also need a screen or projector and audio: we can provide them (at an additional cost) or use your booth's (after checking them); for that, share your space's specs with us.

What if the venue Wi-Fi goes down?

Nothing happens: the system runs 100% offline from the first minute.

    Booking and data

How much does it cost to rent Antarion for my event?

It depends on the package, the number of activation days, and the city. The first 10 rentals get a 50% founding-client discount. Write to us with your event's date and location and we'll send you a quote.

How far in advance should I book?

It depends on how much you want to customize: with our ready-made templates, a couple of days is enough; an experience tailored to your brand takes longer, and we'll give you the date when we quote.

What happens to the data of attendees who take part?

Registration complies with the privacy notice under Mexico's data protection law (LFPDPPP); the system runs offline during the event.
