Privacy Notice

This is a courtesy translation. The legally binding version is the Spanish one, Aviso de privacidad, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Miksaing Diseño e Innovación, S.A. de C.V. ("Antarion"), with its address at San Felipe 21, Xoco, Benito Juárez, CP 03330, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for the personal data we collect through antarion.net, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). For any privacy matter, write to us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

• Data you give us in the contact form or when you write to us by email or WhatsApp: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message (for example, your company and the date and place of your event). Please do not include sensitive data.
• Technical data from your visit: IP address, browser and device type, and date and time of access, processed by our hosting and security providers so the site works.
• Only if you accept them in the cookie notice: cookie and pixel identifiers from Google and Meta, and how you use the site (pages you visit, clicks and whether you sent the form).

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. What we use it for

Necessary purposes, to respond to you:

• Answering your request for information or a quote, and following up on it.
• Contacting you about that request.
• Running the site, keeping it secure and preventing abuse or automated messages.

Additional purposes, which are not necessary to respond to you:

• Sending you commercial information about Antarion's services.
• Measuring how the site is used in order to improve it (Google Analytics).
• Measuring our campaigns and showing you Antarion ads on Google and Meta platforms.

You can refuse the additional purposes by rejecting analytics and advertising cookies in the cookie notice or in "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the site, or by writing to us at [email protected]. Refusing does not affect how we handle your request.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

• Necessary: the site stores your cookie choice in your browser, plus a flag so the opening animation does not repeat. They do not identify you and cannot be turned off from the site.
• Analytics — Google Analytics (Google LLC): cookies such as _ga to count visits and understand how the site is used.
• Advertising — Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): cookies such as _fbp to measure campaigns and show Antarion ads to people who visited the site.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only turned on if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time in "Cookie preferences", and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google and Meta also process that data under their own policies: Google and Meta.

5. Who we share your data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare: hosting, network and security for the site, and the service that processes the form.
• Telegram: the messaging service where we receive form messages.
• Zoho: our email.

Some of these providers store data outside Mexico. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's policy. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google and Meta collect data directly on the site. We do not sell your data. Beyond the above, we would only share it if a competent authority requires it under the law.

6. Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), as well as revoke your consent or limit the use of your data. Write to us at [email protected] with:

• Your name and a way for us to reply.
• A document proving your identity (or that of your representative, and the document authorizing them).
• Which right you want to exercise and over which data, plus anything that helps us locate it.

We will reply through the same channel, within the time limits set by law. If you believe your right to data protection was violated, you can go to the competent authority on the matter.

7. How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that comes from it. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. What this notice does not cover

This notice applies only to the antarion.net site. The data of people who take part in an activation is governed by the privacy notice presented at each event. The site is aimed at businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page with its update date. If the change affects cookies, we will ask for your choice again.
