1. Who we are

antarion.net is operated by Miksaing Diseño e Innovación, S.A. de C.V. ("Antarion"), with its address at San Felipe 21, Xoco, Benito Juárez, CP 03330, Ciudad de México, México. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, do not use it.

2. What this site is

It is an informational site about Antarion's brand activation services. Its content is not a binding offer: each service is hired through a quote and a written contract, which prevail over anything the site says. The scope of each service is what that contract sets out.

3. Prices and availability

Published prices and packages are for reference: they may change without notice and depend on availability, on the scope and location of the event, and on applicable taxes. Payment terms and all other conditions are set in the quote and the contract.

4. Examples and sample data

The figures, reports and screenshots on the site come from sample events with synthetic data and are there to illustrate the product. They are not a promise of results: the results of each activation depend on the event, the audience and the content. Features marked "in development" or "coming soon" are not available to hire.

5. Permitted use

By using the site you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others.
• Try to access its systems without authorization or compromise its security.
• Send bulk or automated messages through the contact form.
• Impersonate another person or company.

6. Intellectual property

The Antarion brand, its logos, texts, images, design and software belong to Antarion or to those who licensed them to it. You may view them to evaluate our services, but not copy, modify or use them for other purposes without written permission. Third-party trademarks that appear on the site belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Liability

We try to keep the site's information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Antarion is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its informational content.

9. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy notice.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms; changes apply from the moment they are published on this page with their date.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Ciudad de México, and waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them.
